Betrayal Trauma
Trauma can reshape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us; but it doesn't have to define your future. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults facing complex trauma to help you build safety and resiliency so that you can experience freedom.
Compulsive sexual behavior often carries a weight of shame that keeps you stuck and isolated. I offer specialized treatment for sexual addiction and compulsive sexual behavior using structured assessments to help you understand what's driving the behavior and address the underlying causes in order to build a lasting recovery.
Discovering your partner's infidelity or hidden behavior can shatter your sense of safety and trust in ways that are hard to put into words. I specialize in betrayal trauma treatment, helping you process the pain, make sense of what happened, and rebuild a foundation for healing.
